What Is Pole Fitness?

Pole dancing is both an aerobic and anaerobic workout. It not only works on the strength and tone of your core muscles, but also keeps your heart rate up for a solid cardiovascular workout. Pole Dancing uses the body’s own weight and resistance to create a highly fluid work out. Chair dancing is a demanding aerobic workout with very little impact. Pole Fitness combines dance and gymnastics to put together a complete workout. As an art, and sport, Pole Fitness has progressed significantly in the recent years. It is a safe, effective form of exercise every woman, every shape and size can enjoy.
