What Do Dance Workouts Include?

Our one-hour dance classes offer fun and variety, while helping students build cardio endurance, strength and promoting overall fitness.

 

Our Classes

  • Exotic Chair Classes

    All chair classes are one-hour. Class format includes warm-up, chair choreography and cool down. Students will gain strength and muscle tone by using the chair as a dance partner/prop.

    Zumba

    One-hour Latin-influenced cardio class borrowing from such dance styles as jazz, hip hop and club dancing. A non-stop cardio workout that will build cardio endurance, promoting overall fitness and fat-burning ability.
