$40.00 per person, must be paid in advance

This workshop is meant for beginner/intermediate and beyond students, exploring inversions and twists, star, side star, basing and flying for extended periods.

Got the basics down and getting comfortable with new acro offerings? This class will start with a solid warm up of yoga and gymnastics based exercises. Handstand work, core work, flying and basing calibrations and perhaps even some floor work to get the body going. Then we’ll play with the various combos and transitions that are inspiring at the moment in the world of acro and try to put our own personal touch on it. Come out and maybe even get “creative Montreal style” and display some new moves!
